I knew having working scales at home was a bad idea. I feel obliged to weigh myself and they can say anything - usually they show me more than the doctor's scales and they play up at successive weigh ins. Now I had a huge breakfast. I'd call it binge eating. Attacked that warm crusty bread and butter like a starved person. I want results but they are not happening fast enough and all my sage advice goes out the window where I am concerned. I am so out of sorts, too tired, too much in pain, and keep postponing things. I'd say my symptoms sound like depression but I am on medication so what on earth? I am off to have a nap.

yes you do sound like depression - says someone who feels the same and knows her medication isnt working as it should - but dont feel up to seeing the doc to discuss it when you can get out in the sun even if you drive to the park and sit and watch the passers by take a book the sun WILL help - walk if the pain allows as for the scales my doctor told me to weigh daily first thing in the morning OR at bedtime and write down the weights so I can look at food diary to see if any foods affect me - to make my target weight loss 5lb and only 5lb and celebrate when I get there - she says the 5lb all add up perhaps you could try that too - I KNOW crusty bread is not good for me and also I put on if I eat rice - so I do try to limit those hope your depression lifts 0 its so hard to do this when depressed
