I knew having working scales at home was a bad idea. I feel obliged to weigh myself and they can say anything - usually they show me more than the doctor's scales and they play up at successive weigh ins. Now I had a huge breakfast. I'd call it binge eating. Attacked that warm crusty bread and butter like a starved person. I want results but they are not happening fast enough and all my sage advice goes out the window where I am concerned. I am so out of sorts, too tired, too much in pain, and keep postponing things. I'd say my symptoms sound like depression but I am on medication so what on earth? I am off to have a nap.
