Yesterday I did not have the chance to exercise, journal or meet my pedometer challenge. Pedometer reading was 6243 steps and burned 340 calories.
Today I'll try to meet the goal with an hour workout. Did stay on point with my WW diet though.
I'm excited about joining a tennis league next week. Can hardly wait. We will meet every Wednesday at 9:30a.m. I'll have to remember to schedule my appointment around this timeframe.
Talked to my daughter and her tennis teammates and decided to go back to coaching their team. They are wanting to compete in the Jr. USTA league which I think is great. More exercise for me!
