So...trying to track again. This seems to be a difficult habit to maintain, sort of like starting a weight training program. My hubby is also trying tracking again; well he NEEDS to, in order to get ready for this surgery he's planning to get! At least he's getting out and walking the dog periodically, normally he gets NO exercise & just falls asleep on the couch. But something has changed, he's been getting dizzy spells for over a month. Don't know if its oxygen or too few carbs or something else, but it's concerning for me.

I feel a change in myself that's none too comfortable. I feel like things have shifted in my mid-section, and everything is being pulled to the front. So everything pooches out like I'm a few months pregnant (impossible since I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago), and it's a bit uncomfortable. I seem to have a "fold line" running along my rib cage. In fact, I can see my ribs, which is weird since my body fat is so high. But it's inspiring me to drop about 14 lbs to see if I can get rid of this pooch, so here goes! Lots of cardio and some serious ab work in my future, starting tonight!
