Not sure why the weight is dropping off so quickly this month. But I'm not complaining! Maybe because April was a plateau month. Eating less frequently in the evening- drinking hot macadamia nut milk and cocoa or decaf coffee if the stomach starts grumbling at night a while after dinner. Its working well. 2 large Keto meals and a snack seems to work well also. I've been hitting 12 hours with nothing but liquids pretty regularly. Perhaps that is boosting weight loss.
