So..building stamina on the arc trainer. Upped my reps for my weight training...AND then apparently got sick and am now on Cipro...
Which means my pharmacist and doctor doesn't want me to do strenuous exercise until I am off it because of the increased chance of rupturing a tendon (I have a torn acl already, so caution). So I am benched for a week.
