Eureka!

I can't believe I am about to go to the gym in the middle of the workday on my lunch hour. It's a 1st for me.

No matter how much I tell myself I'm going to the gym after work it just does not happen.

I'm hoping this works.

No excuses, right?

good luck to you with gym, i promised myself same thing last week, mine is 5 mins from college but every time i try to go there is a chane to timetable, teachers all hit with flu, but next week hope i get motivated like you, good luck with gym
