Did the Pure Cardio workout for Insanity yesterday. Ran 3/4 of the way around my neighborhood today (had to walk some). Its only half a mile so it isn't that impressive, but seriously, I never run. Ever. Did yoga and cardio dance today too. Hoping it shows tomorrow when I weigh in.

Noticed your post about the Insanity workout, was it the same Insanity from Shuan T? I am waiting for my order to arrive. It should be here by Friday. Any running is impressive when you are not use to doing it, great job!
