well yesterday I went for a walk with the dogs - it was snowing and really was fun however I think I over did it as today my knees are so bad it will be all I can do to hobble up and down the stairs
so I need to remember to not walk more than 5000 steps for the next week (that is per day of course)
so today will be a rest day tomorrow I will walk to town have a coffee and get a taxi home
so plans are made - and weigh in tomorrow food wise I have been very good but of course exercise is hard - so I am thinking that at around 12-1300 a day might be too much for me I might have to do nearer too 10-1100 a day with a multi vit but tomorrow will be a surprise as I have not been doing my usually daily weigh in - and I feel nervous
