SUPERBOWL SUNDAY= WEIGHT GAIN DAY
I've been eating soo well so far this week. Been doing fabulously on the P90X series as well. Sadly, I have a feeling that all the food I just consumed in the past few hours is going to totally throw off my weigh in tomorrow. :( So I'm debating- should I do like two extra workouts tonight? Not sure if that will REALLY help in the long run but it may be worth a shot.
Can't believe the Saints just ran that touchdown in!! Too crazy!
