So here's my current worry: I gain muscle really, really, really, really quickly. This means that i won't be losing weight for the challenge that i invested in as easily as it could have been. I really want to take off major poundage, but the exercises that i do (whether cardio or weight training which is the kind i really like!) all make/help me gain lots of muscle whether i want them to or not. Now thanks goodness i'm truly not looking to just lose weight, my ideal me would be completely toned with lots of sexy muscle definition. I just need to get rid of the padding around the fabulous muscles that i already know that i have. Can anybody give me some pointers for burning fat? Certain foods that would help, if you've found a certain supplement that work particularly well, really anything :) Thanks in advance for any help/advice that can be given!
