So I have not been keeping up with my diet for the past two months. I had finals and right after my fiance and I flew to Israel to plan our wedding. There I did not keep to my diet AT ALL!!! I came back and started another semester. Now that I have my schedule back to normal I am starting to work out again and do my diet routine. I have my wedding in July 5, 2012 and I really want to reach my goal weight of 105.
So I have Feb, March, April, May, and June...that's 5 months to lose 29 pounds. which means I have to lose about 6 pounds a month....It is going to be hard but I am motivated to reach my goal because this is for my wedding and I want to look beautiful and feel confident in how I look.
I am mad at myself for not keeping up with my diet when we were on vacation because I had gained 5 pounds back, which might not sound as bad but when I look at it now that I have to lose around 6 pounds a month it is a huge set back...
nothing I can do about it now except move on...
Wish me luck because I am going to need it!
