Weigh in was a lot later than originally planned, got some life stuff going on. Have kept my diet good and wasn't expecting to be under 130 until next week's weigh in which I guess this one got close to being lol.

True, diet is the most important part of losing weight. So keeping that in check was enough to keep the scales happy. :)
