Down one pound, which is really good news given that I was travelling this weekend and didn't get as much exercise as I am used to and didn't follow the diet quite as closely as I should. I did pretty well on following the diet, but did allow myself to have two drinks (cosmopolitans... yummy!) one night and had a bit more carb than I should have.
I think my weight lifting has helped my weight loss be relatively consistent. I am validated by being able to fit into some of my older clothes (and having my "normal" clothes be too big now) and by feeling stronger and more fit overall. I still have a long way to go to my goal, but am happy to see the fruits of my labor so far.
