Woke up to 60 degrees this morning! The sun is bright and full, the birds are singing, the weekend is almost here - and I feel like CRAP!

I haven't made any progress since last October and I'm to the point of feeling sick about it! Thanks to my journal, I know the exact formula for weight loss (below 50 carbs/1,500 cals). So Simple!

So what happened? Why am I still fat? I've started to eat again for comfort and to combat boredom, etc. Well, no more:
- no more excuses
- no more laziness
- no more embarrassment

Size 10's - Here I come!

60 degrees? Lucky girl. Size 10s. Maybe it's harder because you're really not that far away. But you CAN DO this.

Lots of this going around these days and I'm right in there with you. I would say, however, that you HAVE made progress since October, even in staying steady, as you've found out how to do that, which will be invaluable info once you're at goal. Paula's got great advice....in fact I think I'll print that out and repeat as necessary throughout the day!!! Let's do this!!!

Buffy, quite a few of us have gone through this same "screeching halt." But, we haven't quit! I know we can get back on track. You'll feel better soon. You've already made the commitment! Hugs!!!

Notfast - Only you can decide what weight you want to be. I'm "beating myself up" because I know that I'm way too heavy and out of shape. And the only person I have to blame is me.

Buffy you do know you will do this, don't be too hard on yourself....it is a tough time of year to be trying to do this. Not that, that is an excuse but I just look at others journals and see what they say...so hang in there girl. I think we have a fantastic team here and will crack this...together we are incredible.

I always ate when I got bored, but I started reading the past few weeks. So far the reading helps me to forget about going to dig around in my kitchen for food. ^_^

Buffy - I hope the day is ending far better for you than it felt in the morning. You know we all have these ups and downs, no way we can avoid them.They just show up, especially the downs. We go through them and go on. That's the main thing, go on, walking your path and getting where you want to go. Potholes show up,crappy roads, detours we have to take but we will get to our destination.
