Well, I gained 1 pound, but I don't feel like it. Could it be that I've been working out & gained a little muscle? I can tell my waist is slimming up a little. I am planning on completely sticking to the daily points next week & then eating out next weekend & giving myseld a little lead way.

It could be that you have gained some muscle. Do you have a scale that tells you your body fat percentage? You could gain 1 pound on the scale but lose 1% of body fat and have actually lost several pounds of fat but gained muscle.
