I went to the gym last night & worked out for 30 m's. I sooo wanted some chocolate when I got home, but I ate a caramel rice cake instead. If I can get past these late night snack attacks, I would do so much better. I would love to just go to bed early, BUT when you have two kids, you just can't! I'm weighing in tomorrow, because I forgot to do it this morning. Going back to the gym tonight, too!
