I just seem to be struggling with my food these past few weeks. I am good in the a.m. (new day, gunna do great!) but overdo it at lunch or dinner. Nothing that bad, but bad enough that I am barely losing weight. Oh my gosh, I just love to eat. I have got to find some way to stop myself from eating when I shouldn't. If someone has some great tricks or tips, I would love to hear them.
