Hmm so ouch, just doubled my carbs for the day. Ordered and cheese quesadilla and they made me two and I ate them ....both.... so over 60 carbs today, and that will kick me out of Ketosis for sure. So back in the saddle tomorrow and back into Ketosis by Monday ... I hope ... still training ...

i had one last week and drank 3oz of 4th run maple syrup how canadain.i'd say have something else bad and call it a bad day. tomorrow is a new day.
