Sore muscles from shoveling snow and excess sodium in food are the likely culprits for my weight gain today. I am skipping my morning workout for the first time this morning -- Seattle pretty much shuts down when we get snow and I don’t feel comfortable driving to the gym in the pre-dawn hours. That said, I *will* get some exercise today – either figuring out something at home or getting to the gym this afternoon.
