A pretty good week for weight loss for me. 3.4lbs gone. Yay, I hit my realistic goal and a little more. Hopefully this pace continues for a while. It most likely won't since I'm adding more exercise in so it will probably hold or bump for a week or 2. That's fine, it will be water weight from sore muscles and it will help in the end.
