Valentine's Day..But it was worth it. Got up at 6:15 am and walked to the gym, worked out, walked home. Breakfast, Errands and Chores. Went out for an early dinner with the husband to Oceana NYC for Valentine's Day. OMG...so worth the calories.
First Course: Cape May Salt Oysters with Champagne Ice and Cavier Second Course: Lobster Bolognese, Spaghetti, light herbs, shallot garlic and tomato broth. Dessert: Warm Apple Cake with apple butter, roasted lemon salted caramel apples, apple cider gelato.
Also: Mini Sourdough bread and Rosemary Potato Bread with butter.
AMAZING food.
I am glad I was very active during the day.
