Yesterday went well until I decided to skip eating a healthy homemade meal and to eat out. It was Tuddy's call and I was too ravenous to resist. I admit I could have done worse, but I wish I'd kept up the stamina and made larger progress, especially since I didn't exercise at all yesterday. I'll take a Muslespeed now and hopefully within a hour I'll be revving to go; the plan is to bike while watching Canada's next top model. The show turns my brain off; it's something of a scientific phenomenon, but I won't question anything that allows me to workout without noticing...
And then I need to study and hopefully be done in time to go see a show tonight with my darling and my best friend.
Ok, gotta stay focused!
