My boyfriend and I are trying the keto diet. I'm really scared that it's going to ruin my progress so far. I can't fast the way is to says to because I'm breastfeeding so we have ordered some shakes for breakfast. We went to the grocery store today and we start tomorrow! words of encouragement anyone?
