On a whim I decided to use a test strip to see if I was in ketotis yet. Well, surprisingly I am. I've only been back on LC since Monday.

Technology you can start showing ketones within a few days.. it's takes a bit longer to begin burning fat as fuel. Do some homework on induction. You got this keep up the great work.

Oops, should have mentioned it normally takes me about 4 to 5 days start showing ketones when testing. About 2 days after I test for ketosis I usually start losing some weight.
