Slowly improving. It's been an interesting couple of weeks. My weight is going nowhere; I am being patient at this plateau just a few pounds from my goal.

Hey Fledgist! Happy New Year!!! I am glad you are still improving. Have you been ok'd to work in any extra activity yet? Can you find any extra exercise to perhaps jumpstart your system to keep moving? You came right back down nicely from all the hospital retention... and even dropped 3 lbs from where you were before this started, so perhaps your body is just 're/acclimating' to this new weight. Just keep your focus and keep working it! You're doing great!

your body might just be adjusting to your body weight..a day of different eating, different exercise...could even be water...so many factors to consider when you hit a plateau...when i hit the wall..i often go back thru my food menu to see what i was eating before the plateau and get ideas of what to try...glad to hear your getting better...

Happy New Year to you.....just keep on keeping on you will make it to goal, you are at the most difficult place being so close but you will do this.......it is amazing how far you have come......fabulous.......

Hi Fledgist..at least your not going up..I am sure with what all you have been through it will take time for you to start losing again..also since you are so close to your goal your body will stall..have a great day...:O)
