look at my ups and downs -- i was 117 on jan 6 and now i am 120. need to stay on top of this now!! i did try eating very healthy and exercise / stay active as much as i can. I guess i need to try harder. it's hard to resist while dining with friends....need to try harder and a challenge is coming up!
