Heh-heh... I was back up to 315lbs on the morning of the 6th! Did a carb nite on the 5th, overdid it a bit :-) 12lb gain overnight, shows you how weight can fluctuate. All water of course, and I did do some weights that evening so that doesn't help regarding fluid retention. Back on the LC and bone broths now so it's falling away again :-) Startling, isn't it?
