Having difficulty staying under 1500 cals. Weekends are so much harder, but I won't give up. Got a tennis racquet today and plan to start hitting against the wall soon. It's been so long since I've played.

Ohh weekends have always been the killer for me. Then I started planning what and where I was going to eat on the weekends... so I have been able to really get a handle on the weekend eating. I don't deny my food desires, I just say... hey if I want that I need to plan to eat it and then chose a time and place I can have that food and then I tend to enjoy it more and not "binge" on it... I am rooting for you! Keep up your good work! It looks like you are doing a good job keeping track of your food you will get this and I find if I set a range it works better like say I am staying between 1400-1700 cal for the day. It helps me.. Blessings!

Thanks for the encouragement. I think a caloric range will be best for the time being. I'm trying not to deny myself too much as well. One of my biggest probs is eating too fast. And I hate the idea of ounting my chews!
