I meant to record a journal today, but ended up going shopping with my neighbor and am just too tired to think. I got a resistance band pilates thingy today, to help with the posture challenge. It's my first exercise equipment purchase. Next month I'll get a yoga mat. I figure, if I add a new tool to my arsenal each month, I'll soon be set. This one came with its own exercise DVD, so that's my first. I'm headed to bed early and will try to be better about journaling, starting tomorrow. G'night all, and hugs!

Bonnie, I know what you mean...it just seems as if every little thing wears me out too...I think it is all the sugar I have been eating. Back at it again now, though, so should start feeling better very soon! Love you, and big, big hugs, my friend...Happy New Year, and here's to a wonderful 2012!!

Hey, shopping is exercise too. If nothing else, the wallet will be lighter at the end of the day (unless you keep your receipts). :) Well done on getting the pilates thingy...

Awesome Jo...gotta start somewhere..those resistant bands are good too..I am tryiing to sit up straight and hold the tummy in..this will be sooo good for me..Catch you later...Love ya...:O)
