Today is January the 2nd and yesterday I started my plan to lose all my weight by my anniversary date which is July 8. I am 201.4 and I want to be at 150. I am just wondering though if that is too much weight to lose in 7 months for is it a safe weight to lose. Am I being realistic with this? We'll I am shooting for it and if I come close I will be happy with that.
