Despite not being able to go the gym all week. I still lost over 2lbs this week. .8 away from my first goal of 240 or being out of the 240's! Can't wait! I hope everyone has successful weigh in this week!

Thats great!!! congrats girl your body is still in metabolism mode just don't make it a habit of not going to the gym, that routine is important in your success. If you find yourself unable to go find a place to walk for a good 30 mins that day even if it in place, or dance around your house to music that motivates you. You would be suprised how many calories you will burn doing odd things to keep you moving.

Karen , thank you! Shasha, I do have real good routine my goal is to go the gym 4 to 5 days a week. But female problem this week, just threw me off wrack. They finally went away TODAY! I should be able to go the gym this weekend. Thanks Ladies for your support. It means a lot that someone is behind me.
