Didn't do so well on carb intake. But, on the bright side, even a 40 grams over my goal for carbs I know I'm consuming less of them than I was a week ago. Plus, today I'm under my total calorie count. I'll just leave it that way today. Tomorrow I need to do a better job keeping carbs at 100g max and getting the fat content up.
