First official Fast
Holiday luncheon yesterday - I did great! Soo proud of me! I indulged in a dark chocolate covered strawberry, but that was it. I stopped there! I was going to try to fast from lunch to lunch... but then STEAK happened. They were BOGO at the store and they looked SOOO YUMMY! So, I had steak for dinner and some steamed green beans (both smothered in butter and salt). It was perfect dinner! Sooo... I had chicken stock for lunch (surprisingly filling) and I'm planning on abstaining from food until dinner. I'm currently at the 19 hour mark (ish). I mostly just want to know that I can do it.
I started wrapping gifts last night; and stayed up way too late doing that. And I'm only about 1/2 done... ugh. I am excited to give my gift to my fiance... he's going to be so excited!!!
Also have a ton of work to do around the house. We are hosting Christmas Eve dinner (7 fishes dinner if you are Italian); and we have a lot of prep work to get on with. It'll all work out and be great.
