NSV - Non Scale Victory
Took my body measurements. I've lost 3.5 inches around my waist (smallest part). OMG... so great! My gut (at the belly button) I'm down 7.5 inches. *SQUEEL WITH JOY* I know my clothes fit better, but it's really nice to see a "tangible" result. It's not all about the scale!
Been wrestling a headache all weekend (most likely TOM issue); but I'm drinking my chicken broth, hoping the large dose of salt will help it out.
