Have started to limit my carbs or fruit that I consume a day... Truly had no idea how much sugar was in them, well the amount I was consuming anyway... Thanks Suzie :)... feeling better for it to ... so cold turkey on the Wheaties for breakfast and only 1 piece of fruit a day ...
