Well my weigh-in proves it .700g gain. I know there must be more to it then the wheat I'm eating for breakfast for the weight gain, but I'm going to start there and hope it alleviates or suppresses my appetite and find an alternative meal for breakfast. This morning I had tuna from a can in spring water... love tuna its so versatile can eat it for every meal in so many different ways packed with heat.
