I get depressed when I don't see a weight drop. But I guess I'll just get over it. I saw DietDoctor's weight loss chart and it was up and down like a roller coaster. So yesterday I wanted potato chips...and I ate them but I woke up with such a wicked taste in my mouth. Ugh!

Went out last night to Peabody for a concert. It was fun! Best yet, I walked from Peabody to the Belvedere and over to the Rite Aid. No huffing and puffing. And, I had on the "bear" - which is becoming too big. Yeah! I need to walk at least 3 times a week and do a workout the other days. So, since I'm not getting near anybody, I'm just going to put on some stinky clothes and walk to the library and back. Probably after my first noon meal.
