Good morning all, (Dec. 28, 2011)
Just getting up this morning; and diet and challenges don't really begin until Jan. 1, 2011. I can already foresee some hurdles, New Year's Eve, and 4 birthday parties. However, I am looking forward to a "new me" and am ready to take the challenge of a lifetime. I plan to lose 150 lbs in 365 days and I realize that my eating and LAAAAACK of exercise are out of control. I will be finishing up my MBA in March, have some travel plans in the spring and summer and plan to write a book this year. I have big plans to keep my mind stimulated. I hope I can sense overload and recognize when too much is too much. I am praying for strength and perseverance. Getting nervous.
