Ok I went and bought low sugar - sugar ... It tastes ok. I worked out - that with the amount of coffee I drink I am having waaay to much sugar. I have tried to give up coffee before - but it is impossible. So, Im meeting myself half way and trying to keep it in the single figures of cups per day - and having this fake sugar instead. I have one cinnamon bagel thing left to eat - and then Im a carb free after 12.oo on a permanent basis!>
I am not denying myself anythin... just trying to get carbs done by 12.00. I eat fine, I eat healthily - Im just unfit and have too much sugar in coffee - which is strange because apart form that I really avoid sugar. I do not have a sweet tooth - and I actually dislike chocolate!!!
Im maintaining my healthy diet - and trying to loose weight and tone up more through exercise - and If I am honest with myself... I know I can - and have in the past - lost weight by dieting... but it just creeps back on. Im a lazy sod. Since i passed my driving test and got a car I have got worse. My fault. So Im getting off my ass more and joining a few areobics classes. I need others around me to motivate me. Ive learnt that.
Walking to pick my son up in the snow... will take about half an hour... then dragging him back up a hill on a sled!! wicked !!
