In addition to logging everything I eat, I committed to moving more as well. So I left the office today and went for a bike ride at the beach! It was awesome though I could only last about 45 minutes. Omg my butt hurt so bad. Hopefully my bottom will toughen up after a few rides. I'd love to make this a regular routine.
