well...I am doing well with the pregnancy..I went off the plan and developed gestational diabetes...so back in maintanence I go...The dietician recommended a diet for me but when I try to follow it my blood sugar goes awry so I will eat what I feel is best! I need to go get some ezekiel bread though.
