Approaching my weight target, (6kg to go), we are allowing ourselves to pig out on what I call a normal Sunday lunch/dinner. Yesterday my son came to dinner and we had a real belt buster, but oh my was it nice! Lol. Oh well Mondays here so now back on the treadmill of LCHF, but hey it’s not that bad I must say it’s the only diet I have been able to stick to, because i’m not left permanently hungry. Checked my weight this morning and I was surprised to see only a 200 gram penalty. Perhaps I am not drinking enough beer. :oD
