Big drop today – but of course a good chunk of it is probably just water weight. Still – gotta love the downward trajectory :-). Not too much to repot today: I up’ed the resistance on the elliptical this morning to 14/7 without any difficulty. I have been on a bit of a salad kick this week – dinners have consisted of a 50/50 spring mix, a hard-boiled egg, several chicken meat balls, and some Greek dressing. If you told me 6 months ago that I would be eating like this and still be satisfied I wouldn’t have believed you – but here I am.

Hey, a drop is a drop. You couldn't have dropped to this weight when you first started, right? So no matter if it's water, it's still a sign that you're doing good. :)
