fall/winter sucks and less sunshine bums you out

My WOE has not been affected yet. But I feel like S.A.D. is kicking in. If you are not familiar: Seasonal Affected Disorder. With the changing of the seasons I'm feeling a bit down and have zero motivation. Not just with my exercises but also with my home life. Didn't do the dishes, laundry and I keep staying up late. 2nd day in a row I didn't get up early and take a walk. I would like to get outta this funk before it starts to effect my weight loss. My fav yoga teacher has a 30 day yoga challenge staring in October. Maybe I"ll get on that band-wagon and ride it through October.

I have dishes and laundry piled high. I like yoga, but haven't done it in forever. Today, I will rummage through my VHS tapes and fish out my old yoga routines. Right there, feeling blue with you.

The human mind is an amazing thing. I have RSAD. Reverse SAD. I feel more alive with less light and cool temps. Ive almost finished the anti depresant ween off abs am loving life right now. Definitely take that yoga challenge and I'm try to throw some of my vibe your way. >>>>💨💨

Take your Vitamin D3 supplements. It helps a lot in the dark months.

I was diagnosed with SAD many many years ago. Winter is scaring the crap out of me.It's a raining much cooler day out today and SAD is kicking in.
