So, I haven't been eating excellent but I've been eating better which in turn is making me feel better. Of course, I am a compulsive scale checker and I have lost 1 pound so far. I'm trying to be excited but all I think is maybe if I didn't gain three last weekend. But whatever, it's all good one step at a time. I wish I had more time to do all the things I enjoy and that are healthy such as cooking dinner, working out, cleaning! Though, one step at a time. If I do a little bit each day eventually it all gets done. I'm loving my positive feeling of today and hope that I continue these changes which in turn continue this great feeling :)
