I have been hovering between 130 and 135 for months. I was thinking my body was playing catch up after months of loss but now it is time to get back on track. I realize I am consuming too many calories to lose as I am not very active through out the day ( desk job) I have been consuming about 1600 calories a day.
My goal is 125 pounds. Yes, I know it has been since March 2015!
