So today is the day my friends and I planned to go to Applebees for happy hour so I am just assuming I am going to not burn more than I eat. Today I will just need to focus on portion control. It is going to be so hard for the next two weeks to eat healthy since I wont be able to afford groceries for two weeks so whatever is in my house is all I have to eat. Hopefully I can manage to keep calories down. Unfortunately I have been sleeping 9-11 hours a night and feel exhausted ALL day... I don't know what is wrong with me but I just feel so drained that getting enough excercise seems almost impossible. I hope it's nothing serious with my health.
