ate good amount of food yestserday. had a wonderful sleep. i am getting up later today but looked refreshed (beautiful skin) and even lost 1 pounds. heard that sleeping well can actually help loosing weight as your hermone level will change while you sleep well. i believe it's true! keep the good work!
