For the past 3 weeks I have been at a plateau. We all know we're going to hit them at one point or another. It doesn't mean were doing anything wrong, it just sucks. After getting off the scale this morning and seeing no movement again I realized I hadn't measured my waist in a month. I couldn't believe it when I saw I had lost another 2 inches. That makes for a total of 12 inches lost around my waist!!
