It's monday.. not the most enjoyable day of the week ;) however if the day goes by as quickly as the weekend did it will all be good.
I stayed busy yesterday but did not accomplish what I had really set out to do, typical of me. On the flip side I did get a few things done around the apartment when I finally got motivated to do it. Plus I got out and enjoyed the warm weather that we are having, which kind of scares me because I know we will sometime soon get our asses kicked with snow. Which really may not be a bad thing, why? Walking through the snow is awesome exercise. Good for the whole body! Have to look at the postive side.
As for my diet.. tweeking it is going to take some doing, lucky for me I have a friend from college that has been a vegan for 8 years and she has given me the titles of some vegan cook books that I can try. Plus web sites to look up too. The major thing is to find the balance of carbs, proteins and fruits/vegetables. I have noticed that most of my cooking and baking has been way too heavy on the carbs. Hence the increase in my weight. But with some practice I will be able to straighten everything out.
Oh yeah pride has hit me, as I am now doing 50 crunches a day and finally seeing a tiny bit of definition to my abdominal area. Way too cool!

You are so right, half the battle is getting out of bed. The other half is motivation! My motivation is to lose weight so my medical conditions won't be as bad(especially arthritis)! Keep up the good work, and stick with your plan! :-)
